Our campus hiring campaign begins in the month of May, every year and
extends for about four months. Our objective is to hire the bright, young
and enthusiastic minds, keen to explore their skills with unlimited passion
for work and a desire to learn. We shape these young minds for handling
responsibility with real-time projects that help them face challenges,
sharpen their technical skills and develop into future project leaders
and managers.
We encourage students to visit our development centers and learn about
our work culture and philosophy. We target engineering graduates and MCA
students from top institutes in the country. Our teams regularly visit
top institutes to identify promising talent and offer them positions in
Netsoft.
The applicants are screened through a technical interview so as to see
if their aptitude and skill set make them fit to be a part of Netsoft.
Short-listed candidates are formally invited for final interview as part
